aMAZING hotel EXPERIENCE

All the staff were helpful and cheerful, REALLY setting a positive tone. The Mallard room for our party of 22 for dinner felt very appropriate. With Mark and his staff's help, everything went like CLOCKWORK, and we could decorate before the photographer arrived.
The room temperature was cold for two nights, and no extra blankets were accessible in the room. THEREFORE, I could not enjoy this facility.

Wonderful Spa Escape

The hotel has undergone a recent makeover, and everything looks fantastic. I received a very warm greeting at the front desk. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. Dinner tasted delicious, and breakfast was great too. Michael, the Duty Manager, made it extra special. He is fun and didn't hesitate when I requested bread to soak up the tasty sauce from my dinner the previous night.
The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, but the price remained the same.

Our twin room was quite pleasant. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, including very comfortable beds. The shower was one of the best I have experienced (I appreciated the water pressure!).

I found the room very clean. The big bed was comfortable. The hotel offered a wide selection for breakfast. Staff members were helpful. Their customer service was wonderful.

The service from the front desk, room service, and restaurant staff was really good. i particularly appreciated the cute and friendly staff. the room was spacious with a huge bed. It had nice facilities. the breakfast had a good selection of buffet food with hot food to order. It used local produce which i liked.
The carpet felt wet one evening when i returned. I was told i should have changed rooms due to a leak but i wasn't informed.

The staff were very friendly. They assisted with luggage storage prior to check-in. A family member sustained an injury, but the staff provided immediate first aid. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and included hot items, cereals, pastries, fruit, and yogurt. The hotel provides convenient access to nearby beaches and shopping outlets. The train station is a short taxi ride away.
The phones at the hotel were not answered promptly when I wanted to book a spa weekend. This lack of responsiveness caused frustration. When a fan was requested for the room, it never arrived. A tray charge was applied despite going to order room service in person.
