Best Western Premier Heronston Hotel & Spa, Bridgend (Wales)

The hotel has a good location near Bridgend, with easy access from the M4. While the friendly reception staff made me feel welcome, the overall experience was marred by the poor condition of the rooms and the dining quality. The bar area was often unmanned, which added to the frustration during busy times. The breakfast and buffet were also disappointing and didn't meet expectations.
